Step 1. Complete the 60-90 minute online program at your convenience. 
 
Step 2. Pass the 30-minute self-guided independent skills session on a CPR verification station using a Voice-Assisted Manikin (VAM) at one of our many locations. 
 
Step 3. Immediately obtain access to your AHA BLS eCard upon completion of the skills session.
